Server is currently down due to our hosting company having issues. We hope this issue is resolved within 24 Hours and are truely sorry for any inconvenience,.

This also means the download mirrors are down, except for the slow one =(.

On a more bright and sunny note, we will be adding several new events and a few custom items as well as new hairstyles.

Update June 3 2008 - Remzelke

Once again didnt have time to update the website, im planning a big update for June, the use of the lake map will be introduced, as well as new exciting quests added.

A few days ago i added another 25 custom items you can attain, and im managing the quests for a few custom items at this very moment.

Also in June we will be trying a midrate server with the rates of 100/100/20, this server will feature PK for added PvP Possibilities, people can use their lowrate accounts on the mid rate server.
Chars can be transferred for 500 Points if necessary. All your points will be shared on your account, which means you can use the cash points from the lowrate
server on your midrate characters, and vice versa.

Bit late on the website updates, hehe. Currently we are still working on the Guild Town system, i will be adding a cool Birthstone quest in the upcoming week, as well as updating a few scripts, adding a quest for the Mass Murder Katar and fixing up a few cool custom pets.

Update May 15 2008 - Remzelke

Time for a new update, i have added about 14 new items to the Point Master in prontera yesterday, and added a few new available items you can purchase with the invasion coins from the invasion mobs.

Guild Towns -->The system will be finished within 1-2 weeks, and we will also be releasing a custom map that can be conquered by one of the guilds, more on this later!.

Update May 13 2008 - Remzelke

Time for another update about whats all going on, me and Grimmjow have so many great idea's for you in store this upcoming month.
Here's a rough list and a bigger few examples:

Guild Towns -> Guilds will basically be able to own different towns that reap different benefits for the controlling guild, of course there will be an option to crush the currently owning guild and take the town for your own!, we are still figuring a few different things out about what to do exactly, but im sure it'll come out fine.
Capture the Flag -> Might rename this as we probably wont be capturing any flags at all, basically we have a big map for this already, just gonna get a smaller map and maybe have someone create additional maps for us as we go along, basic idea: 2 flags, 2 teams, fun fun fun.

Here's a list of things i wanted to add within a decent period of time
Summer Fishing Event -> Basically go fish, the idea is there, just have to work it out a bit, obviously we will be using the lake map ^_^.
Set Items -> Basically WoW Style set items, for example a 3 item set, wear 2/3 get a bonus, wear 3/3 get another bonus.
Epic Items -> Insanely hard quests that will provide the person that completes it with a unique item for their class, resulting in awesome bonuses. me and grimmjow are working out a few of these as we go along.

Basically i have alot of other idea's still like using the graveyard map we got and the crypt, might use these for the epic quests. but first things first!
For those of you not yet playing, just come take a look, hang around, you won't be dissapointed.

I fixed the voting center, you can vote now to receive in game points to spend on items.
Voting can be done once every 24 hours.
I didnt feel like adding anything flashy to the center, like images, might do this later, as for now, it works :).

For people that registered that can't enter their account using the password because they forgot or anything, u can use _M or _F to register for male or femalt accounts respectively
For example johnny wants a female account: log into illuminatiRO using johnny_F and provide yourself with a nice password.
If all else fails, just contact me and i'll help out.

Ok then, i finished up redoing the command list, basically added @request for all players, this command is to be used to request for example help or whichever things u might need at times, using the command to ask for items will get u banned obviously.

As for everything else, its all done, im fixing the Vote Center when i get back from work, and then im sending out all the e-mails and fixing the link on the top of this page. All i can say now is stay tuned.

Update May 7 2008 - Remzelke

Allright, today's pretty much wednesday if i counted right, today i will add the finishing touches to the server, as well as finally being able to fix the patcher up, been waiting for the design to come in, after that, ill fix the client some more and finally upload it, that'll be around 23:30CET.

Then a raincheck (can be hard since the sun is always shining), finalizing some more, and an approximate launch around Mid-Thursday.
For all those who registered either here, the forums or on the Ro2 Section, you will all get e-mails (at least ill try to send as many out as possible until im marked as spam ^_^).

I do hope you like the new server, its never fully finished so i hope you will share the hopes and dreams that haven't been filled within it, and let me act upon those, so i'll be able to fix something up.

Oh and last but not least we have a new GM, ill just call him Kurt since his in-game name is kind of scary, you will have to see to find out.

As for availability the upcoming days, i got work on thursday and friday, but since im free on saturday,sunday and even on monday (yaay), ill be able to gobble up some extra time (and lots of it) to fix our community needs, so seriously, see what you don't like, post about it, and ill 'try' to fix it.

Currently Working on the vote center, the vote center will give you 10 Cashpoints for every 24 Hours you vote on all our voting sites. Cashpoints can be used to purchase some awesome items. Reason for the vote center is to of course get more players on the server, but also give the voting players a small reward. Im also logging which account votes most for a special surprise <3.

Time for another update, added a few new custom items, finished up the patcher, finishing up the executable at the moment, and tonight i will be uploading the client installers (Full and Small)

Currently working on: Set Items (if u wear x out of x items from a set, you will receive a set bonus) and Epic Items (each class gets 1 epic item with awesome stats and/or extra abilities).

Planned for this month: Adding the Set Items and at least 1 or 2 Epic items, and our very own CTF Script for the CTF Map. And of course taking in feedback from players about additions you would want to have or changes you want added, let me know anything is possible.

Update April 30 2008 - Remzelke

Hello, im finishing up pretty much everything on the server right now making it ready for the launch, as a sneak preview i will show the few maps i have added to the server:

Orc Village
Capture The Flag
Market Place
iRo Island
The Fishing Lake

Basically these maps are empty at the moment, except for the Island, i have gotten around to adding a few npc's to it, and i will be using that within the upcoming weeks, so ill add a couple of quests and cool events onto the map. As for the other maps, suggestions are always welcome, i will grant access to all these maps through the iRo master npc located in prontera, you can check them out and leave me any feedback as to what you would like the map to become, and i will of course fix it into something nice.

Also on the island map there is a dungeon with approximately 28 statues on it, the 4 big statues will be for the top PVP player, Best Guild, First to LV99, Richest Person of the Week, the smaller 24 statues i am going to use for the first 24 donators (with a minimum of $5) , once donated, your name will end up on the statue, you can click it weekly to receive a special reward! (this is just a little extra as opposed to the normal points you receive for donating, also the 4 bigger statue owner's will be rewarded this way as well)

Server Announcement

Hello People, Sorry to keep you waiting, im going to explain what iRo is all about, basically its another Ragnarok Online server, but with a few extra twists, the server has launched in May 2008.

The plan for this server is to let the community be involved as much as possible, in the forum you will all have the possibility to add suggestions, these will all be taken into consideration and most good suggestions will of course be added.

Im planning on having a weekly update which may include (but is not limited to:) new npc's, additional items, new and exciting events, maps and more.

I will put a list down here so you can see what will be added in the upcoming patch, and after that a list of what im planning to add after that, most plans are subject to change in many different ways, depening on what the community thinks about them.

All additions will first be announced in the forums, and the majority of votes (on a yes or no basis) will be counted towards this list.

What does this mean? for example: i will announce i am adding Poring Ball into the server, the majority is in favor of this, and thus it will be added in the next patch.

I have not yet set any specific day on which the update(s) will be added, but it will probably be on the weekends, since i'll have time to prepare them during the week, and enough time to add them on the weekends. To sum it all up, here's the list of upcoming additions:
